In Bank Feeds, highlight any part of a transaction's description or memo. A Search QBO button appears right next to it.
See the history
BankFeedSearch searches the company's posted expenses, checks and card charges from the last three years and shows the most recent matches, with date, payee, amount and account.
Categorize it the same way
Click a result to copy its account, then click the transaction's Category field. The account is filled in for you.
Built for the people who live in Bank Feeds
Bookkeepers, accountants and business owners who categorize the same vendors month after month, and need to stay consistent with how it was done before, even when someone else did it.

Questions
What does BankFeedSearch search?
The memo on posted expenses, checks and credit card charges in the QuickBooks Online company you have open, going back three years. It shows the 20 most recent matches, with date, payee, amount, account and memo.
Does it change anything in my QuickBooks?
No. BankFeedSearch only reads transactions. When you click a result, it copies the account name and fills it into the Category field you click, the same as if you had typed it; you still decide whether to save the transaction.
How do I connect a QuickBooks company?
The first time you search a company, BankFeedSearch opens Intuit's sign-in window so you can approve the connection. You can also connect from the extension's popup. You can disconnect a company at any time.
Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
Yes. You enter a card when you start the trial, and you aren't charged until the 14 days are up. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
How do Team and Firm plans work?
The account owner subscribes and invites teammates by email from the extension. Everyone on the account shares the plan and its connected companies. Team includes 2 users and Firm includes 3; you can add more at any time.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. Change your plan, billing period or number of users from the extension's popup, and manage your card, invoices or cancellation from Manage billing. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for.
Which browsers are supported?
Google Chrome on Windows, Mac and ChromeOS. Other browsers that can install Chrome Web Store extensions may work, but we test on Chrome.
